It became abundantly clear that the Fineman Suarez team were incredibly knowledge and very much present in our desired areas. All you really have to do is drive around Westchester on a Saturday or Sunday and see the number of Fineman Suarez open house signs on the street corners to see how many sellers have gone with his team. As a buyer I was very comforted knowing that James' team was operating on both the buying and selling side of things in these fast pace markets.
