I, the undersigned, wish to use the bounce house provided at the "Boo Bash" event organized by The Suarez Team in the state of California. In consideration of being allowed to use the bounce house, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I understand and acknowledge that using the bounce house involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, and I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity.

2. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Suarez Team, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in the use of the bounce house, whether caused by the negligence of The Suarez Team or otherwise.

3. I understand that The Suarez Team does not provide medical or accident insurance for participants using the bounce house, and I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury.

4. I understand and agree that this waiver and release of liability is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of California.

5. I agree that I will follow all posted safety rules and guidelines for using the bounce house and will listen to and obey any instructions or directions provided by The Suarez Team staff or representatives.

6. I agree that if I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring it to the attention of The Suarez Team immediately.

I HAVE READ THIS LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
