Operations DirectorAs the Director of Operations for The Suarez Team, Roxanne works to ensure that our office is running smoothly so that our agents and team members can focus on accomplishing the goals of our clients.
A firm believer in continuing education and furthering personal and professional knowledge, Roxanne graduated with her undergraduate degree in Sociology from UCLA and then continued on to achieve her MBA from USC, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. A member of the team since 2014, Roxanne comes with extensive experience in the areas of organizational excellence and is constantly looking for ways to grow and improve The Suarez Team.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Roxanne is a true Southern California girl and enjoys giving back to the community she cares so deeply about. In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys dancing, cooking, and enjoying all the outdoor activities So Cal is known for! Roxanne currently resides in beautiful Westchester with her husband and their three kids.
